Hi! My name is Rotem. I’m an Exercise Physiologist
and an Aquatic Therapist, and I’m here on behalf of Expert Village. The next exercise
is the pelvic circles. You’ll do circles clockwise. Like using a hula-hoop or something like that.
Then do it to the reverse direction. Now I’ll show you the pelvic circles inside of the
water. I’m standing too much outside of the water. You should be a little bit lower inside
of the water, but I want to show you exactly the movement again. I’m placing my hands on
the hips and starting to do circles. Now I’ll do it this way.
