kick out so you can again hold the wall. Lift your leg, bend your knee, straight your leg
again, bend your knee and bring it down. Now again lift your leg, bend your knee and bring
it down. Lift your leg, bend your knee and bring it down. Now all the time make sure
your foot and ankle are relaxed all the fingers are relaxed, all the body is relaxed. Just
the movement that starts from the hip, knee, and down. Now I’m doing the other side also
so I’m lifting the leg, bending my knee and bring it down.
