Aquatic Exercise Routines for Arthritis Hip & Knee Pain : Leg Lift Aquatic Exercise

Hi my name is Rotem I’m a Exercise Physiologist
and Aquatic Therapist and I’m here on behalf of Expert Village. The next exercise is called
the leg lift. Now you can use the help of the wall remember I’m showing you outside
of the water the exercises, you are doing it inside the water don’t forget it. Now bend
your knee, bring the leg up, now you can see that might thighs are parallel to the surface
of the water or on the floor, now straight your leg, and start to lower and higher the
leg in the water. Taking it low and bring it high. Bring it low and high as it is comfortable
to you, you don’t have to push yourself to much. Now turn and also do it to the other
