…depends on what kind of single cells are you talking about. Bacterium and Archaea, for example, don't have them, but single celled organisms from Eukaria, like amoeba, do have them.
Of course, as always, there are exceptions, like amitochondrial organisms who only have remnants of mitochondria in their cytoplasm… but I'm sure you weren't talking about them, heh.
No, not all cells have mitochondria.
