“ROYDHOUSE” MANEUVER This is another equalization method that does not imply nose pinching. It is a variation of BTV, initially described by Noel Roydhouse, a New Zealand doctor. It is performed by constriction of the soft palate muscles in a way that the uvula moves upward and forward while at the same time, we move our tongue and jaw as if we are trying to make smoke rings.
