In this video, we’re gonna learn how to
swim deep. To swim deep, it’s important that you’re able to control your
breathing. Before going down to deeper levels, let’s practice breathing. Take a big breath and blow bubbles underwater. Repeat several times until you feel comfortable. Once you feel confident holding your
breath in water, let’s try it in the deep end of the pool. Jump into the water and
let your body flow naturally. Now, let’s practice how to swim deep in
water. As you swim, aim to go down to the bottom as if you’re trying to touch the ground of your pool. In order to practice, place toys on the ground and try to
collect them without coming out of the water. Once you’re comfortable, hold your breath
and swim underwater at the bottom of the pool *Music* Good job! Now you’re ready to swim deep.
